How do I get my purchase?
A link to your purchase will be emailed to you. There is sometimes a short delay with the email link. If you do not receive a link to your purchase please check your spam folder and also check you entered the correct email address.
Your purchases can also be accessed through the "my account" tab on our website.
If you are unable to access your purchased files and a link hasn't arrived within 15 - 30 minutes, please contact us for help.
Downloading MP3 files:
All of our music downloads are in MP3 format. This popular format may be played on your computer, iPod, or MP3 player. MP3 files may also be burned to discs, using your own disc-burning software.
If you are having difficulties with MP3 files:
Opening zipped files:
Most of our downloads are delivered to your computer in compressed (zipped) files. Zipped files assist you in downloading your music and resources in the most time-effiicient manner. Most Macs and newer PCs already have un-zipping software installed. In the unlikely event that your computer lacks expanding software, you can download free un-zipping software from WinZip or StuffIt.
In newer versions of Windows right-click on the zipped file and select "extract all". This will take you to the extraction wizard where you can easily copy and save your files in a usable format.
Downloading PDF files:
PDF (Portable Document Format) files ensure documents retain all the original elements.
In order to view and print PDF files, you need Adobe® Acrobat® Reader™ installed on your computer. Most computers already have this software installed, but if yours does not, you can download Acrobat Reader for free from the Adobe web site. Visit http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.
It is recommended that you have the most up-to-date version of Adobe® Acrobat® Reader™ or at least version 7 or higher. PDF documents can be downloaded and saved to a local drive.
Opening a PDF file:
Locate the file on your computer and then simply double-click it. The file will then open up in Adobe Reader at which point you will be able to navigate through the pages and print.
BeatBoppers.com uses Acrobat version 7.0 to create and distribute PDF documents.
Troubleshooting PDF files:
If you are experiencing problems viewing or downloading .pdf files, here are some things to try:

Printing PDF files:
When printing Adobe Acrobat PDF files from within your web browser, do NOT use the web browser print facility. Instead, use the print button at the left end of the special Adobe Acrobat tool bar, which appears immediately above the viewing window. You will then get a "Print" pop-up window which will give you several options, including the option to print the entire document, or you can specify 1 or more pages to print.
Troubleshooting PDF printing:
If you have Acrobat Reader installed but have trouble printing a particular document, try selecting "Print as image" when your system displays the print options window. Choose File > Print, and check the "Print As Image" option in the Print dialog box, and try printing again.
Receiving your downloads:
If you do not receive an email after submitting your order please check your junk mail folder and add us to your safe-senders list. Also check that you entered the correct email address for us to send the link to you. There is sometimes a delay with the link being emailed out, however, if you haven't received a link to your purchase within 30 minutes, please contact us for help.
Support for burning CD's
We're sorry, but downloads are not refundable or exchangeable. We will work with you to ensure that you are able to successfully transfer your downloadable merchandise to your computer. We regretfully are unable to assist with CD-burning, transferring to MP3 players, or other functions beyond the downloading of files to your computer.
